Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and SUPERSTAR Angel LLC (“Prue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Prue app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Prue. If you are under 18, you may use Prue only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you, or your parent or guardian, are able to form a binding contract.
3. What Prue is, and is not
Prue is for entertainment and personal reflection only. Readings, cards, charts, and conversations are not facts or predictions and should not be relied on as such.
Prue is an AI and does not provide professional advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, or other advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial matter. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something Prue said.
Prue’s responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unexpected, and may not reflect real events. You should independently verify anything you intend to rely on.
If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services immediately. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for choices you make based on the Service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Prue Pro.Some features require a paid subscription (“Prue Pro”). Current plans and prices are shown in the app before you purchase.
- Billing. Subscriptions are sold through the app store on your device (for example the Apple App Store) and billed to your app-store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app-store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
- Refunds.Purchases are handled by the app store, and refunds are subject to the app store’s policies and to applicable law.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give notice as required, and changes apply to future billing periods.
6. App Store terms
If you download Prue from the Apple App Store, the following applies and you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service, and to the extent any warranty is not effectively disclaimed, any warranty claim is our responsibility, not Apple’s.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have relating to the Service, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
- You will comply with applicable third-party agreements (such as your wireless data-plan terms) when using the Service.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Submit content that violates the rights of others or share another person’s private information without permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.
- Use the Service to provide professional advice to third parties or present its output as professional advice.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (your questions, details, and voice input). You grant us a limited license to use that content to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Prue name, design, card art, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for hosting, AI, voice, and payments) and may link to third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service, or any AI-generated output, will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court.
Informal resolution first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. Before starting a formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@askprue.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except as provided below. The arbitrator decides all issues, except that a court may decide whether the class-action waiver below is enforceable. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class-action and jury-trial waiver. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. You and we waive any right to a jury trial. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.
30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@askprue.com with your account email and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
16. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration under section 14, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to the extent permitted by law.
18. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any prior agreements on that subject.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Notices. We may provide notices to you in the app or by email. You may contact us at the address below.
